Return Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee 

All our products come with a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee. 

Return window

Returns must be initiated 30 days from date of order being delivered.

 Conditions

Product must be returned in original packaging received and free from any stains or damage.

Maximum of two (2) items for refund per order. Unlimited store credit and exchange items per order.

If there is a variance in price for exchange items, customers must pay for price difference or will be refunded if of lesser value. Exchanges will be processed once we receive the original item. Exchanged items are final sale.

Refund Issuance

All returns will be refunded to the original method of payment, issued through store credit, or exchange.

If original form of payment is no longer active or we are unable to process the refund on original payment method, you will receive store credit for the same amount. 

If you were the recipient of a product as a gift, returns shall be honored if requested within 30 days of when the gift order was placed, and refunds shall be issued in the form of store credit or to the original purchaser.



2. After 30-day Refund or Exchange

Returns are not accepted after the 30-day timeframe for non-quality issues. However, if the item has a quality-related issue, you can request a refund or exchange within the warranty period.

Return Procedure

Step 1: Initiate returns through our online portal or via email at info@elegear.shop. In your email, include the item(s) you wish to return, the order number, the reason for the return, and a photo of the item in its current state. For quality issues, provide images of the faulty parts and the cardboard tag. We will process your request within 24 hours.

Step 2:Mail back your item(s) according to the return instructions provided by our service team.

Step 3:Once our warehouse receives and approves your returned item(s), a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 days.

Note:

- If the return is due to product quality issues, Elegear will cover the return postage. If it is due to man-made damage during use within the warranty period, the customer is responsible for return postage.
- Mark our messages as “Not Spam” or “Not Junk” to ensure you receive our emails. Click here for further instructions.
- Do not send returned items to the address on the package. Contact us first to receive the correct return instructions.
- Ensure your item is under warranty before requesting a refund or exchange. Refer to our Warranty Policy for more details.

Refund Timeline

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This timeframe includes:
- Transit time for us to receive your return (5-10 business days)
- Processing time once we receive your return (3-5 business days)
- Time for your bank to process the refund request (5-10 business days)
